Where to look first

Common questions

How do I get started?
Sign up and add your first domain. Monitor watches it with real-user monitoring for free; to scan it and run journeys, choose a plan — your organization’s first plan starts with a 7-day trial. Discovery then finds the URLs worth testing, the onboarding wizard walks through each step, and scans never spend credits.
What standard do you test against?
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every barrier is classified against a success criterion using a published severity rubric, so a finding carries its user impact rather than only a rule identifier.
Can you test pages behind a login?
Yes, on every paid plan. A journey can include the sign-in steps, so authenticated pages and multi-step flows are testable. There is no credential vault: any sign-in details you put in the journey’s test data are saved with the journey as ordinary text and sent to the AI model that runs it, so create a dedicated test account for it rather than using live credentials. Professional and Enterprise add edge-case testing.
How often should I scan?
Run a scan after each deploy, and schedule automated ones so regressions surface without anyone remembering to look. Every paid plan schedules scans weekly.
Do you support teams?
Yes. An organization can hold several domains and several people, with owner, admin and member roles. Every paid plan includes unlimited seats. Monitor is a single seat.

Still stuck?

Send us the domain and the journey or URL you were testing and we will look at the run itself. If you already have an account, your domains and their run history are in the dashboard.
