Accessibility statement
We build a product for finding accessibility barriers. Ours should not have any, and when it does, we want to hear about it.

The standard we aim for
This website and the Accessible app aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That covers keyboard-only use, screen readers, zoom up to 400% without horizontal scrolling, sufficient colour contrast, a high-contrast display setting in the app, and respecting your reduced-motion preference.
How we check
We test our pages with the same automated checks Accessible runs for every site it tests. Automated checks catch only part of what matters, so we treat them as a floor, not a verdict.
What we are not claiming
We have not had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. Parts of the site embed third-party pages we do not control, such as Stripe's checkout and billing portal, and their accessibility is their providers'.

Tell us the page and what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you use if you are happy to. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will help you get the information or result you were after another way.
